Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery. We will require an email to inform us of you wish to return or exchange. Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.
To cancel an order
We trust you will never need to do this but mistakes in ordering can happen and we are reasonable. We ask if you need to cancel it is done so within 24 hours of ordering by email to - firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we have not already dispatched to you. If we have despatched to you prior to your cancellation notice being received, Your liability will be the cost of postage and packaging and item return costs.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Returns and exchange details
Should your item be received in less than perfect condition please contact us with in 2 working days of receiving it, all items are fully insured for the event of damage or loss in transit so a full refund including postage will be issued. Refunds will only be issued for faulty items or those lost or damaged in transit.
Your parcel will be issued with-in two days of ordering unless there is a stock or production delay, in which case we will notify you to advise on anticipated despatch times. You will at that point be able to cancel or proceed with the order based on the time scales being acceptable to you.
All items are sent with either Royal Mail for smaller items or UPS Courier & are tracked & fully insured. Although their service times are suggested within a time frame, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery failings out of our direct control. We will however do everything we can to ensure any problems that crop up with deliveries are resolved in as timely a manner as possible.
All online payments are securely made through the Paypal portal supported by our website hosting service. Refunds will only by made by return through the same payment portal. We will not issue bank transfer, cheque or cash refunds unless those methods we used in payment via an alternative payment service. If using our Etsy store payments and refunds are only made via that particular service. Refunds will only be issued on return of the items to our works address.
